Once we have set up the platform, and populated it with content from your organisation, candidates can enter a portal, register and login to access the certification programme. This then provides a series of assessments and certifications, designed to your brief in a fully branded portal.
The modules appearing or mandatory before others are released can be dynamically displayed based on registration data – such as role, level, country and so on.
Each assessment or module can incorporate a range of functionality including a range of question types, question pools and randomisation, score weighting, timing options and candidate feedback. This can include personalised learning plans, providing links to resources such as e-learning, video, articles, blogs and documents based on scores on each topic and questions marked incorrect.
Single or multiple personalised certificates can be provided and downloaded, once each milestone in the programme is successfully completed in line with your brief. Progress through the programme is clearly highlighted for the candidate, guiding them through the accreditation process, tracking their progress and directing them through the programme.
Business rules can include the order that assessments and certification can be taken and achieved, time to complete the programme, expiry dates on certification and re-take rules regarding failed modules.
Certification portals can be used for internal accreditation requirements including inductions, graduate programmes, on-boarding, mandatory training and compliance.
Our clients also use portals for third party or partner accreditation programmes, to verify and accredit knowledge and skills across resellers, partners, members and outsourced teams.
In each instance, Management Information provides business intelligence on individuals, groups and content that can be viewed, analysed, benchmarked and downloaded on-demand, such as comparing performance based on geography, highlighting collective strengths and weaknesses and questions marked wrong most frequently.
