Online testing is a rapidly growing market, increasingly used in many sectors such as recruitment, training, accreditation, compliance and education. Our innovative application was developed out of a real need at Microsoft – to screen technical candidates prior to interviews; but its potential deployment and opportunities are far more wide ranging including recruitment, education, e-learning, training, accreditation and assessment.
Based in prestigious offices within ‘Sunderland – Software City’, we have aggressive expansions plans and need the right individuals to achieve this. This exciting phase of our development requires individuals with the drive and tenacity to overcome the challenges of a start-up business, whilst enjoying the rewards and unrivalled growth opportunity within a small close-knit team who believe in hard work, play and fun.
